Meet Yadi

My name is Yadi Travis and I’ve been a fitness professional for over 25 years. I’m a very passionate, positive and knowledgeable coach who loves serving people. I’ve been through many struggles of my own, conquering eating disorders, digestive disease, major life events through my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and building an inner circle community of support and knowledge. It’s through suffering and thanksgiving we are refined.

I believe in striving for progression, not perfection, by focusing on what your ultimate goals are, and breaking them down to achievable mini goals, while celebrating wins along the way. I teach how to achieve this by learning and balancing the pillars of health - nutrition, exercise, stress management, hormones, and sleep. I can also customize your plan and supplements for how your genetically made!
